Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Customers in the Asheville area can pick up their purchases at Clayspace Co-op in the River Arts District. Choose the Local Pickup option at checkout and I will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up!

Do you offer international shipping?

I am only offering international shipping to Canada at this time. For other international customers, Please contact me via email before purchase to get an estimate on shipping costs.

Do you refund shipping overages on multiple orders?

Absolutely! Multiple purchases from the same address with be combined if possible and any significant ($5 +) shipping overages will be refunded.

What is your return policy? 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me to arrange a return within one week of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and item must be received in original condition to receive a refund.

If your purchase arrives damaged, please send photos of the box and damaged item to receive a refund.

What else should I know?

I make my work by hand from start to finish - each piece is a one of a kind creation. Minor imperfections may exist but do not affect the functionality of a piece.

My ceramic work is microwave and dishwasher safe unless otherwise noted.
